Backordered Items

Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes.  Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change.  Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship available items.  Furniture and artwork orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer.  A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.


We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible.  Certain products are made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days.  Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.  Transit times vary depending on product and location.  Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive within 10-14 business days.


Our artwork is custom, made to order.  Please allow 6-8 weeks from our vendors for fulfillment and delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.  Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final.


Most of our rugs, subject to availability, typically ship between 2-4 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page.  Please allow another week for delivery.


Most lighting, subject to availability, should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page.  Please allow another week for delivery.


All products are final sale.  Please contact with any questions.

All Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

In the unfortunate event your order arrived damaged, please reach out to to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. 

Products are not eligible for return regardless of any delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. The estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates that are made after an order is placed are agreed to at the time of purchase. Cancellation Policy

Maison Luxe has a no-cancellation policy for back-ordered and pre-ordered items outside our 24 hour cancellation window from time of purchase. Our team works hard to keep our site up to date with the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Once your order is placed, it is sent to the manufacturer and a cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed your order. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame due to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. 

For in-stock items when you submit an order through our site, an order confirmation is sent to you and our system verifies your payment method. After you place your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified. It is our hope that this expedited turnaround works to your advantage, but we do understand that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order.

Shipping & Handling

Standard lead times are 10 to 14 Business Days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.

Maison Luxe orders will include shipping fees that will be added to your order total. 

Please note that the restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restocked date. You will be charged upon check-out for all items.

Drop Ship Items

Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors. 

All drop ship items are final sale and non-returnable.

Furniture Shipping

Maison Luxe Online furniture is shipped through a third party freight carrier.

When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Your furniture will be brought into the room of your choice if you paid for White Glove Service, so please make sure that the area is clear. If you opted for Curbside Delivery at time of checkout, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal. 

Please note that items can only be delivered to the original address specified during the checkout process. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly provide an active phone number and email address during checkout to enable your local delivery agent to arrange a convenient delivery time with you. Maison Luxe Interiors adheres to a policy of not holding items beyond 7 business days if a delivery has not been scheduled. After this period, items may be returned by the carrier, and under such circumstances, refunds will be issued in the form of credit only less return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

White Glove Shipping

White glove is not guaranteed unless paid for in your original purchase.

If a customer rejects the white glove delivery service at the time of delivery, It is the sole responsibility of the customer and not Maison Luxe Interiors or the carrier's to make sure the products in the box are in perfect condition.

Theft Policy

Maison Luxe does not cover instances of theft.

When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. Unfortunately, in the case of theft, we are not able to cover it. We apologize if theft was what happened and sincerely hope that the package turns up. 

Expedited Orders

At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping on orders.  

Shipping & Product Damage

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please reach out to to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Most products shipped are eligible to be replaced. Maison Luxe cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.

For furniture damages found during the time of a White Glove Delivery service, Maison Luxe advises the receiver to take the following steps:

  • Notate damage on our third-party carrier’s proof-of-delivery paperwork prior to signing
  • Take clear photos of the damage and email to within 24 hours of attempted delivery

It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure furniture is in perfect condition before signing paperwork and allowing the driver to leave. 

Maison Luxe cannot guarantee repairs, returns, exchanges, or refunds on furniture that is accepted and signed for or is reported after 24 hours. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any shipping or restocking fees that may incur. Occasional exceptions are made on a case by case basis. Maison Luxe reserves the right to repair as they see fit. Maison Luxe does not cover furniture damages caused by normal wear and tear.


Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen.  Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.  Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 24 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include your delivery documents.  

If you refuse your furniture, artwork, lighting, rug and mirror delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the piece will be brought back to the local delivery terminal.  We will then review and evaluate the condition of the piece. Please note, the claims process for damaged furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, and mirrors takes 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement.  Our team will work hard to have a replacement issued and shipped as soon as possible.
